What Is a Good flash software creator for online content?

I am using macromedia flash *ugh and want to create something with more graphics and that’s just overall better like this, http://www.flash-template-design.com/preview.php?tid=2449, what software did they or would you use to make this type of flash intro or video?
I know technically it’s a template but ya know, it’s pretty much the same thing.

    A Flash animation is a compiled or published file created using Macromedia Flash software. The compiled file is a.swf file format that can be played by flash player or embedded in an HTML file. Flash can generate other formats including gif animations.
